Right of withdrawal for consumers

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Wioletta Kruczkiewicz, c/o Postflex #3634 Emsdettener Str. 10, telephone number: on request, e-mail address: info@aussie-falko.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

You can also download the model withdrawal form or another clear declaration from our website (https://www.aussie-falko.com) electronically and send it to us. If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (e.g. by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. transmit.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

Reasons for expiry

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium, which obliges the consumer to pay a price, if the consumer:
1. has expressly consented to the entrepreneur commencing performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period and
2. has confirmed that he/she is aware that his/her right of withdrawal expires with the commencement of the performance of the contract and
3. the trader has provided the consumer with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium within a reasonable period of time after the conclusion of the contract, but at the latest when the digital content not on a tangible medium is made available:
  • in which the content of the contract is reproduced and
  • on which it is stated that the consumer has expressly consented, prior to performance of the contract, to the trader commencing performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period and has confirmed that he is aware that he will lose his right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance of the contract.
